How do I place my order?

To place your order follow the below steps:

  1. Explore our wide range of categories to find items that capture your interest, and choose the relevant size referring to our size chart and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Feel free to add multiple products to your cart as well!
  2. In ‘My cart’, you can either choose to continue to browse more items or proceed to confirm the order.
  3. To proceed with the order, you can create an account on the MYDESIGNATION website or log into your existing account on the website itself.
  4. Once everything's good to go, proceed to Checkout, confirm your shipping address, select the desired payment method, and confirm the order.
How will I receive my Order?
  • All orders will be shipped and delivered through leading logistics partners in fully sealed packages to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
  • Please do not accept the package if it is tampered/broken.
How will I get confirmation that my Order is placed successfully?
  • You will receive an SMS/WhatsApp and E-mail with details of your order and order number on a successful order placement.
  • You’ll receive another email & SMS/ WhatsApp once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive!
I tried placing my order using my Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking/UPI. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What really happened with my money?

How should I check the status of my Order?
  • You will receive a notification with a tracking link through SMS and Email.
  • You may also track the order through the tracking page available in the menu.
CANCELLATION & RELATED QUERIES
How do I cancel my order?
  • If the order is shipped already, unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can politely refuse to accept the shipment and let us know about it.
  • If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product and exchange it for something else.
  • In case you desire any changes or edits in your order, kindly contact/Whatsapp us at +91 8330076677. Our customer care team will help you out with customized solutions wherever possible.
  • All Cancel Requested orders will be wallet refunded instantly to prevent cancellation charges from the respective banks.
PAYMENT MODE
What payment methods do you accept for international orders?

For International Orders, payments can be done using the PayPal payment gateway.

Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card?

All Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.

Why am I not getting any COD option on the payment page?

It means Cash on Delivery is not serviceable by our courier partners at your location postal code, but you can always opt for Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card payment options.

Are there any hidden charges?

There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by mydesignation. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of a payment failure, please retry keeping in mind the following:

  1. Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your internet connection is not disrupted in the process

Do you have a Cash on Delivery (COD) option? Are there any additional charges?

Yes, we do have a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for most pincodes in India. Irrespective of your order amount, an additional Rs.50 will be added to your total if you choose the payment mode as Cash on Delivery (COD).

Do you apply any shipping charges?

Within India, MYDESIGNATION provides Free Shipping for orders above ₹799. There will be a shipping charge of FLAT ₹50 for orders below ₹799.

What is the delivery time period?

Orders within India are delivered within 3 – 8 working days, and International orders are delivered within 7 to 15 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.

Please note: Orders including Kids Clothing and Customized products will be shipped out 1-2 days after the order is placed as these products are made-to- order.

What is our Shipping Policy?

We promise our customers one of the best experiences of online shopping that is hassle free and reliable. We take care of all parameters that ensure your order reaches you in a sound state.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our Return & Exchange Policy
  1. Customers can Return/Exchange their order within 15 days of the order being delivered. We have reverse pickup facility available to most pin codes and we will get the order picked up from your delivery address. If in case we do not have pickup facility available at your pin code unfortunately, then you will have to self-ship the products back to us.
  2. All Returns/Exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. If not, the return/replacement will not be valid.
  3. If any product did not fit you well and you need replacement for the same, kindly contact our team at +91 8330076677. We will be happy to provide you with a new product of the required size (T&C Apply).
  4. All refunds will be initiated directly to your MYDESIGNATION Wallet only.
  5. For Refund of orders which were already delivered successfully and then cancelled later by the customer, reverse pickup charge of ₹75 will be applicable. Or you can self-ship the package to us also.
  6. Online refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.
  7. Exchange/Refund policy is not applicable for products with more than 30% discount.
  8. International orders are not eligible for return/exchange unless an incorrect product has been delivered.
  9. Defective products need not be sent back to us unless confirmed by the Customer Care team. If you have received a defective product, send us few images of the same and our team will get back immediately.
  10. If defective or incorrect products were delivered, we will bear the full charges for delivering the new product to you.
  11. You are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For self-shipped products, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
  12. The new replacement product for any return/exchange will be shipped only once the previous product reaches us and the Quality Check is passed on the same. If the product fails the Quality Check and seems to be used or untidy, then we will not be able to provide a new exchange/refund.
  13. Please note that there will be a single exchange or return pickup per order. If your order arrives in multiple packages, kindly apply for an exchange or return only after you have received all items. Any additional pickup requests will incur a service charge.
  14. For initiating an exchange for any wrong size purchased by customer himself/herself, there will be additional reverse pickup charge of ₹75. Or you can kindly send us back the product to our Corporate Office Address at:

  15. Shipping charges for sending the product back to our office will not be refundable from our side.
REFUND POLICY
What are the terms and conditions for refund?

  1. For all prepaid orders, the full refund amount will be credited to the MYDESIGNATION Wallet by default. Upon customer request, a refund can be processed to their bank account, subject to a cancellation fee of up to ₹75 (may vary based on the bank)
  2. For Cash On Delivery orders, the product value will be added to your MYDESIGNATION WALLET.
  3. The Shipping or COD charges will not be applicable for Refund
  4. Only the product cost will be applicable for Refund
  5. Refund policy is not applicable for discounted products or products on sale
  6. No returns or exchanges are applicable for products purchased under the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer.
  7. Please note that the refund will be processed only after the product has passed the quality check.

  1. We update our customers through emails once we initiate the online refund procedure
  2. If our last email states that we have initiated the online bank account refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete (Typically 5-6 working days only)

Is there any trial then purchase option available?

There is no trial and buy option for our product purchased from our website. However, in order to assist you in picking the right size, we have size chart with body measurements on our product pages.
